What is an overseas field training?
A program offering a systematic business communication capability course and global field study opportunities to support students in their career and career planning. The program also connects students to global employment and startup opportunities, fostering the growth of core global talents.

Candidates

  • Individuals with excellent language skills (evaluated through interviews)
  • Participants of the global program hosted by the LINC Foundation
  • Participants of the university's global employment and startup related programs
  • Selected students from the 3rd and 4th year who are eligible for field training

Expected Outcomes

  • Enhance global communication and job capabilities through practical experience in a multinational and multicultural environment
  • Cultivate foundational skills for Global Relation, overseas employment, and overseas startups through overseas company field training
  • Contribute to the overseas market penetration of local industries and companies by fostering global talents equipped with international job capabilities, thus achieving internationalization of research and business development

  • The program is divided into morning and afternoon sessions, combining job training and on-site training
  • Job Training
    • Program: Focuses on intensive global communication courses, business manners, and vocational training
  • Field Training
    • Students are assigned to workplaces based on their language proficiency and desired career paths
