KUST Center
Top-Level Emergency and Disaster Education Simulation Center
KUST Center (Kyungwoon University Simulation Training Center) operates as an affiliated
institution of Kyungwoon University,
Offering emergency and disaster-related education through simulation for healthcare professionals and students in the local community's health and medical sector.
Health and medical education in the 21st century aims to nurture exceptional medical talents in state-of-the-art educational environments.
Numerous emergency and disaster situations occurring domestically and internationally have heightened awareness
not only among healthcare professionals but also among the general public. Anticipating potential emergencies anywhere and
training experts who can respond when situations arise is a contemporary necessity.
In response to this, Kyungwoon University established the KUST Center in our Daegu Education Building
to enhance the community's cardiac arrest patient revival rate and the capability to respond to various disasters.
Established for the training of domestic and international emergency and disaster-related medical professionals,
it provides eight training programs on emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation and disaster-related education for healthcare professionals and the general public.
The center opened on February 8, 2014.
