The Kyungwoon University Student Rights Committee serves the unique role of an ombudsman to protect and guarantee the learning rights of students within the authority of the university, resolving complex and various conflicts. This online VOS (Voice Of Students) board ensures strict confidentiality regarding various issues to protect student rights and has set the following regulations for "Issue Reporting" to enhance the effectiveness of investigations into accurate information and major issues.

• 1. If the involved party does not want an investigation on an issue reported by someone else
• 2. When the issue is reported anonymously
• 3. When neither the victim nor the perpetrator can be identified
• 4. In case of repetitive reports on issues similar to those already concluded
• 5. Issues not related to student rights
• 6. Even in the case of anonymous reporting, if substantial evidence or circumstances are confirmed, it can be accepted after the committee's review

Also, separate regulations have been established as below to maintain confidentiality regarding issue reporting to prevent various disadvantages arising from reporting and investigation.

• ① Protect the rights of potential victims and perpetrators through proactive measures to prevent secondary damage.
• ② No person reporting or cooperating in an investigation shall be disadvantaged for any reason.
• ③ Except when necessary for investigation and processing, anyone who becomes aware of the reported content in the course of their duties must not leak information about the parties involved or any details. If this is violated, the committee must request disciplinary action from the president.
