"Kyungwoon University Grass Playground"
Kyungwoon University provides a grass playground allowing the enrolled students and faculty to engage in physical activities, as well as for being the venue for some university events. When usingthe grass playground,

please fill out the application form and pledge (available for download at the bottom of the page) and submit them to the Academic Administrative Service Center (Student Affairs Division).

Procedure for Using the Playground

1. For Kyungwoon University's Enrolled Students and Faculty Staff:

  • When student apply

Complete the application form

Approval by the supervising professor and department head

Approval by the dean of academic affairs

Use the playground

  • When faculty staff apply

Approval by the head of administrative support

  • When visitor apply

※ Please submit the below application form 10 days prior to the event to the Academic Affairs Division (Student Welfare Department).

Usage Fee (for external organizations)

※ Please contact the Administrative Support Office (054-479-1043).

Rules

  • 1 To protect the artificial grass, general events are not permitted. When entering the field for approved events, please wear sports shoes or soccer cleats.
    (※ Entry in dress shoes, high heels, slippers, etc., is prohibited.)
  • 2 Actions such as bringing vehicles, bicycles (motorized), strollers, smoking, drinking, gum, pets, inline skates, flammable materials, and food (cooking actions) into the athletic field are strictly prohibited.
  • 3 After the event, the applicant must conduct a final check of the facility with the facility manager and ensure that there are no issues. All trash must be taken out.
  • 4 Use approval can be revoked if there is a university event.
  • 5 The applicant for athletic field use must attend the event and stay until its conclusion, adhering to the Kyungwoon University Grass Athletic Field management rules and following the instructions or controls of the facility manager.
  • 6 Failure to follow above rules will result immediate dismissal from the playground and disapproval of future use permissions.
